Jennifer Moss founded BabyNames.com back in 1996 as a community site to share her life-long passion for names and naming. With over 20 years in information technology, Jennifer's expertise in internet business strategy helped grow BabyNames.com to one of the most visited parenting sites online. Jennifer has served as Director of Technology for several Southern California companies including SDN Online, Korn/Ferry Futurestp and Withoutabox.com. Jennifer also provides internet business consulting and is currently authoring the BabyNames.com Name Book, to be published in 2007.

Dr. Mallory Moss Rustin RN, CNS, ND, PMH-NP Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Mallory Moss Rustin is a nurse practitioner based out of Denver, Colorado. She obtained her bachelors in psychology from UCLA and her RN, masters, and nursing doctorate from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver. Mallory's work includes psychiatry-based nursing and training at Denver Health Medical Center and University of Colorado Hospital. She currently is a clinical content specialist for one of the largest medical publishing companies in the world. Mallory currently manages business development, advertising sales and content integration.

Peggy Moss, Content Specialist/Columnist
A four-time mother and four-time grandmother, "Grandma Maggie" brings her vast experience in parenting and early childhood to the site in her weekly advice column, Ask Grandma Maggie. Prior to BabyNames.com, Peggy worked in a preschool for emotionally disturbed children and ran her own successful daycare center in Chicago for many years. Peggy currently lives in Colorado where she writes as "Grandma Maggie" and hosts Ask-Anything.com, an advice site for teens.

Kate Moss Glinsmann, Education Director
Kate has worked in the field of early childhood education for over 25 years, including 15 years teaching preschool children with disabilities and 10 years teaching kindergarten. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa with a teaching certificate in early childhood and early childhood special education. Recently Kate returned to graduate school and received a Masters in Elementary Education from Viterbo University and an English Language Learners endorsement from William Penn University.

Sue Moss, Public Relations/Marketing Director
Sue is a consultant who is based in Los Angeles. Sue serves as Director of Marketing and Public Relations for the partnership. In this role, she oversees market and user research, as well as press relations.
